Steam: Consider using a steamer to remove wrinkles without direct contact with the garment.
Storage Instructions:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note orders including items from both in-stock and pre-order will ship separately. Keep your eyes peeled for two tracking numbers!
INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE
We keep our clothes in different places around the world so that customers from different countries can get their orders faster and at lower costs.
Having clothes in warehouses closer to our customers means they don't have to wait as long for delivery. It also helps us save on shipping fees, making our clothes more affordable for people in different countries.
This way, we can also avoid some customs issues and help customers with returns or exchanges more easily. Plus, if something happens in one place, like a problem with shipping, we can still send clothes from other places.
By having clothes in different warehouses worldwide, we make it easier for everyone to get what they want, no matter where they are.
SHIPPING
All in-stock items are shipped within a 24-48 period. Once the item is shipped, standard shipping times apply. If your order has items with different estimated shipping dates, your order will only ship once all items are ready.
Please be sure to check the product description for estimated start ship dates.
Once shipped, US shipments (depending on shipping method) will take 2-9 business days and international shipments will take 4-20 business days to be delivered.
Orders being shipped to South America, Middle East and Asia may take 1-3 months to be delivered once shipped.
CUSTOMS CONTROL
When packages are sent to another country, they have to go through customs. This is the International checkpoint where officials check what's inside the package and make sure everything is okay to enter the country.
Orders can be delayed at customs for a few reasons. First, customs officers might need more information about the package or its contents to make sure it's allowed into the country. Second, there might be a lot of packages being checked, causing a backlog and slowing things down.
Sometimes, customs delays happen because of rules and regulations in different countries.
They want to make sure that nothing illegal or unsafe comes into their country. While it might take some extra time, it's all about keeping everyone safe and following the rules of each place the package travels through. We will do our best to ship items to you as quickly as possible but they might be delayed at customs, this unfortunately is out of our control.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER/BACKORDERED PRODUCT?
A pre-order is designed to reduce inventory waste and to manufacture to demand, in addition to that pre-orders may also be offered when products are in transit to our warehouses so we can prepare orders as soon as they arrive and ship them to you.
A backorder is a product that has been reordered to be manufactured after the existing stock has sold out.
On all products it will show availability, pre-order or backorder depending upon each item.
Please check each item for additional details such as pre-order dates and details.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to most countries around the world with the exception of limited countries based on international agreements and freight forwarder restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout and your purchase will be blocked.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and are calculated based on the freight forwarder’s rates and depending on weight, shipping method and destination.
Some of our items ship from different International warehouses, this will slightly alter the shipping costs as we do our best to keep stock available for all International customers.
We do our best to get the best shipping rates for clothing items, unfortunately at times the shipping is expensive. This is not in our control but we always try to find the best rate for the customer.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES/IMPORT DUTIES IN MY COUNTRY?
Depending on the service requested at checkout MrBeast.Store now offers DDP shipping which means your price now includes duties, taxes and freight. Be sure to select this service for a faster and more convenient purchasing experience.
Import duties are taxes collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. A good's value will usually dictate the import duty.
While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your order total, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your destination country.
We do everything on our end to declare customs (value, items, weight, material) to ensure that there is no added customs charge when your order arrives in your country. Most of our packages ship without any additional fees or charges, but each country has a unique customs process and occasionally random packages will be pulled for inspection.
We cannot control if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country. We do our due diligence on our end to prevent this from happening, but unfortunately we are not in control of each order and it is up to your country's postal service how your order is handled.
We recommend speaking with your local post office if you have any specific questions regarding your country's customs process.
Unpaid duty and tax orders will be considered abandoned and not liable for a refund.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE ORDERED?
If you have incorrectly formatted or entered your address, please contact customer support on [email protected] OR [email protected] immediately with your order number and correct shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit the address in time, as some orders ship super fast and we cannot alter an order if it has started shipping.
We will do our best to reach out to the shipping team.
If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. MrBeast.Store is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.
If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address the goods will be returned to us.
Please contact us if this occurs and we will organize a reshipment to an updated shipping address at an additional shipping cost.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is sent to the contact information you provide at the time you place your order. This will be sent via email/sms when your order has been fulfilled.
With that information you will be able to track your order every step of it's way to your shipping address.
For specific tracking details or if your delivery is late, you can also contact the assigned carrier directly for the most up-to-date information, including any carrier or regional delays.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS ONCE I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?
MrBeast.Store now offers exchanges through our return portal providing goods are returned in their original packaging and are unworn.
Return shipping costs are not included and an additional cost that you will need to pay, please consider the environment when purchasing and returning products as they carry a large carbon footprint.
We offer free return shipping on checkout for an additional cost. This is a low cost that assists in all returns and exchanges of clothing.
If my item needs to be returned to Mr Beast Store, how will exchanges or refunds be handled?
Should you need to make a return, we can assist you with either a direct exchange for the item - if you provide the specific sizes or product details you require - or we can process a refund for the returned merchandise.
The choice between a refund and an exchange is entirely up to you.
Once we’ve confirmed your preference and processed the return or exchange, we'll keep you informed about the next steps, such as issuing a gift card or confirmation of a refund being issued.
DOES MRBEAST SHOP ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are accepted through our return portal providing goods are returned in their original packaging and are unworn.
You may select a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the goods are damaged or faulty.

We have a 14 day return policy. And a 30 day return policy when you choose the additional return & exchange on checkout.
NOTE: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless it is wrong or damaged. We will cover costs for incorrect or damaged products.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Please start your return autonomously in your profile if you have an account with us.
2. Click on your profile and it will bring up all previous and current orders. There you will be able to click the request return button to start the process.
As soon as we receive the merchandise we will process this for you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Only manual returns are processed at this stage, please contact the store support to assist you
Please let us know once you have completed a manual return process and let us know once it has shipped. The tracking number is required for us to complete the process.

All our items are priced the same online and will adjust according to the home country chosen. The rate will be adjusted to the local currency and converted to a live exchange rate.
If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website or during any promotions the correct price will always be the price shown at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced
GIFT CARD
The Gift Card is the perfect choice for any occasion. Here's everything you need to know about it.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
If you have not received the email confirming your purchase, it may be because of one of these reasons:
1. The email has arrived in your spam folder.
2. Your email address is not correct. In this case, you can contact us for a solution.
3. There has been an incident and the payment has not been completed correctly. We will send you an email with a link so you can do it again.
4. The order is still being processed and the warehouse is busy checking the order.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELAYED
If we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated delivery date, we will send you an email and you will be able to see the new delivery date in your order details.
Some delays are from the carrier side, this could be to certain delays such as customs, postal service and the weather.
We will notify you if there is any exceptions or delays.
If you need to delay an order - please let us know so that we can forward you the full carrier details and tracking number. We are unable to edit an order while it is shipping and only the customer has the right to make those changes.
MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT
Missing Package – USPS
If you have not received your order, but it is recorded as delivered, please contact us and we will check with the carrier.
We’re here to help you track down your missing MrBeast package.
Some carriers update details differently and the system may show it has been delivered while it is still being updated.
Sometimes a carrier may hide a parcel for safety reasons. If this happens let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Follow these steps to locate your parcel that’s marked as “delivered” but hasn’t shown up yet:
1st - Double-Check the Delivery Location:
Search around your property, including the front and back doors, porches, garages, and any other spots the package might be left.
Ask your neighbors if they accidentally received your MrBeast parcel or if they saw it being delivered.
2nd - Review the Delivery Information:
Check the tracking info and delivery confirmation to make sure it was marked as delivered to the correct address and on the correct date.
Contact the store for your tracking information
3rd - Contact the Carrier:
Reach out to USPS to confirm where the package was delivered. If you can’t find it, report the missing package to them. You can contact them through their customer service number, website, or by visiting a local office.

4th - Request Photo’s and GPS Delivery Coordinates:
Ask for GPS delivery coordinates or a delivery photo (if available) to verify where the package was dropped off.

Please note that your order may have been split into several deliveries. Check this information in your account, in the order details.
This happens when an item may be out of stock, being received into a warehouse or is being picked from another warehouse. Some items may ship from different International warehouses and may cause orders to be split.

What should I do if I have not received my package?
If you have not received your package, you can track the shipment using the tracking information provided to you in the order confirmation page.
If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office or the courier carrier as there are times when tracking indicates delivered but the item may not be dropped off until the next day or the parcel may be delivered in another area of your house / apartment.

Why is my order still not shipped, and how long will it take for my order to ship?
We apologize for any delay in shipping.
There could be several reasons an order hasn't shipped yet, such as an item being out of stock or a technical issue with the order.
Once your order is placed, please allow a specific processing time range for your order to be processed. Generally this is between 24-48 hours.
Shipping will begin once your order leaves our warehouse. We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm (Eastern Time USA) on the same day, and orders placed after 12pm (Eastern Time USA) shipped within 24 -48 hours.
Some items ship from local and international warehouses, so please expect a slight delay in delivery if shipped internationally.

MAKING CHANGES TO MY ORDER OR DETAILS
How do I amend my order after placement?
If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, such as replacing an item or updating an address, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a very small window to make changes to an order, as the shipping team do there best to get an order shipped within a few hours.
We can't amend billing details or payment terms and orders will need to be cancelled to amend those details.
We have a maximum of 24 hours to amend any other standard details.
Once we receive your request, we will amend your order and request shipping. We have to reach out to the shipping team to confirm that we can make any changes.
Remember that order placement times are critical. Orders placed before 12pm (Eastern Time USA) will ship same day and orders placed after 12pm (Eastern Time USA) will ship within the next 24-48 hours.
Please remember that our response to your changes or request is very time sensitive, but if we do not receive any further communication from you within a specific period after reaching out to us, your ticket will be archived and closed.

How can I correct my shipping address if I spelled it wrong?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately with the correct information.
Provide the correct street name, house number, and any other relevant details.
Please make sure that the address can be clearly found on google maps or the order will be delayed while we check on the address.
We will update the address to ensure your package is delivered to the right location.

What should I do if a product with your branding has issues?
If you encounter issues with a product branded by MRBEAST, but the product is actually manufactured and sold by another company (e.g., Feastables or Nerf), please reach out directly to the respective company for support.
Unfortunately, our store is not equipped to handle warranty or replacement requests for products of other brands, so directing your concerns to the correct company would be the best step or action to fix your issue.

WHAT TO DO IF THE DISCOUNT CODE DOES NOT WORK
What do I do if the discount code does not work?
If you are attempting to apply a discount code to your purchase and it doesn't work, it could be because the item is already sold at a discounted price or it can't be combined with other discounts.
Generally only 1 discount code can be applied.
Our system may not allow the stacking of multiple discount codes on already discounted products.

Do MrBeast Store gift cards expire?
Gift cards can have an expiry date depending on the reason they were issued.
Standard gift cards that have been purchased on MrBeast Store expire 12 months from date of purchase.
If you still want to use an expired gift card you can contact us to reactivate it.

How is shipping calculated for my order?
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location and the specific items in your order.
Most of our items ship from the USA with some items coming from our International warehouse. We do our utmost best to get the best shipping rates for you.
Some items are more expensive to ship because of the size and weight.
The size of a T-Shirt vs a Football is going to have different rates as they take up different spaces, have different volumes and weight.
Some items ship from different warehouses which means your order may be split into separate packages which will arrive at different times. In all cases you will receive a tracking notification for each shipment.
